Q1. Steps for shopping
SUPERBICYCLE.SHOP offers simple and safe shopping process. You don’t have to be a member to shop. Friendly and easy-to-read instructions give the fun to shop with just a few clicks.
First-time shoppers:

Veteran shoppers:

※ A reminder: the website does not provide the shopping list feature for products added to shopping cart but not yet paid for. The distribution of shopping list is based on the order of payment.
Q2. What payment methods do you provide?PayPal is the only way so far and PayPal will keep you and your payments safe! Q3. I would like to know when I am going to receive my delivery.Click “Order status” at the upper right corner of the homepage and enter your account (E-mail) and password to access the status of your order. Q4. How do I cancel, add more items or change quantity of my order once it is established?Cancellation, adding more items or change of order is acceptable before the order is delivered. If you let us know soon enough, we are happy to cancel your order. Just be aware that on a regular weekday, we often process you order within 3 or 4 hours, so make sure you call a customer service agent as soon as possible or else it will already be shipped and on its way.
Q5. What should I do if the product received is flawed?
