Q1. How do I return my order for a replacement？


You can go to contact us asking questions and indicating the returning product, we will respond you as soon as possible.

Q2. How long will I get my money back after I cancel the order?


It takes usually 2-5 workdays to refund your money to your PayPal account once the order is cancelled.  
 

Q3. How long does it take to receive my money back after returning my order?


It takes usually 2-5 workdays to refund your money to your PayPal account once the returned goods are received and confirmed to meet the return policy, and a notification will be sent through E-mail. 
 

Q4. Can you deduct the amount of my refund that is not yet returned from the new order I just placed?


The deduction service is not yet available for SUPERBICYCLE.SHOP.  Please place and pay for a new order of your purchase.
